Students will gather for a fun evening of house bonding, including snacks, dessert, and games. Please eat dinner before you come. You will be contacted by your house parents in September with more information.

October 19 | House Shirt Day
Students may wear house shirts (from this year or previous years) with khakis, jeans, or uniform attire. If a student does not have a house shirt, he or she must wear the normal school uniform.
October 22, 12:00 - 2:00 p.m. | Community-Wide School Picnic | Oakton Campus
Join families, faculty, and staff from all three campuses for an afternoon of food, fellowship, and activities at the Oakton Campus.
October 26 | Casual Dress Day
Students may dress in clean, modest clothing that is not ripped or stained. Jeans, t-shirts, non-athletic shorts (minimum 4" inseam), and skirts (within 4" of the top of the kneecap), non-Dominion outerwear, and closed toe shoes (not sandals, slippers, or crocs) may be worn. Hats, tank tops, low cut or midriff-bearing tops, clothing with slogans, pajamas, sweatpants, and athletic wear may not be worn.
October 27-28 | MS/US Retreat | Meadowkirk in Middleburg, VA
Students in Grades 7-12 and their teachers will enjoy a day and a half away, filled with house competition, good food, testimonies, and time with friends. Students should arrive at the Reston campus by 8:30 a.m. on Thursday, October 27 with a bag packed. Thursday lunch & dinner and Friday breakfast will be provided. Students should be picked up on Friday, October 28 at 12:00 p.m. at Michael & Son Sportsplex at Dulles, 21610 Atlantic Boulevard in Sterling.
November 7 | Student Photos
Students should wear their dress uniforms to school. Because these photos will be used for the yearbook, please make every effort to be present.
