We gladly recognize that parents are the primary educators of their children and that some delegate full responsibility for education to a school, while others choose to retain all or a portion of that responsibility. Students in the hybrid homeschool program may participate in one or more of the following classes:   ##### **Middle School (Grades 7-8)**   - Life Science (1 credit) - Physical Science (1 credit) - Humanities (English & American History, 2 credits) - Informal Logic (1/2 credit) - Grammar (1/2 credit) - General Math 7 (1 credit) - Pre-Algebra (1 credit) - Algebra I (1 credit) - Geometry (1 credit) - Old Testament Survey (1/2 credit) - New Testament Survey (1/2 credit) - Art - Chorale - Drama ##### **Upper School (Grades 9-12)**   - Biology (1 credit) - Chemistry (1 credit) - Physics (1 credit) - Environmental Science (1 credit) - Algebra I (1 credit) - Geometry (1 credit) - Algebra II (1 credit) - Pre-Calculus (1 credit) - Honors Pre-Calculus (1 credit) - Statistics (1 credit) - AP Statistics (1 credit) - AP Calculus AB (some of BC calculus may be included in this course, as well, 1 credit) - Humanities: Ancient Studies (2 credits) - Humanities: Medieval Studies (2 credits) - Humanities: Modern European Studies  (2 credits) - Humanities: American Studies & Government (2 credits) - Systematic Theology (1/2 credit) - Medieval Church History (1/2 credit) - Christian Worldview (1/2 credit) - Christianity & Modernity (1/2 credit) - Art - Music - Drama   --- ##### **Important Notes**   - Hybrid students must complete the same admissions process as regularly admitted students, submitting an application, participating in an interview, and completing admissions testing.  The parent-educator may complete reference forms in addition to a family friend, former school teacher, pastor, or other church leader.   - Tuition is based on the number of credits for which a student enrolls.  For the 2024-2025 school year, tuition is $2,966 per credit.  There is a $300 additional book surcharge for humanities courses. - Once admitted, hybrid students are invited to join the middle and upper school students.  Part-time enrolled students must pay the full student activity fee only if they wish to join the remainder of the school community for the overnight fall retreat and/or spring trip.  Otherwise, the student activity fee will be $100 per student per year. - Hybrid students are welcome to attend all school events, lunch, concerts, and other student activities. - The hybrid program is offered for three or fewer credits.  Once a student enrolls in more than three credits, he/she will be considered full-time, and full-time tuition will be applied. -
