James Bailey

James Bailey is the President and co-founder of Armedia, an IT consulting firm. Before founding Armedia in 2002, James was a Sr. Engineer at Sapient and served in the US Army Reserve. James earned his undergraduate from Auburn University and his masters from Columbia University both in Electrical Engineering. James and his wife, Maggie, have two children that attend Dominion Christian School. He and his wife attend McLean Bible Church (MBC) in Vienna, VA. James has participated in multiple short-term missions trips that included Rwanda and Macedonia. James and Maggie are lifetime members of The Gideons International where he has served in various capacities since 2002 and helps lead the Jail Ministries.



Chris Gardner

Chris Gardner is a Specialty Market Senior Account Executive with Metropolitan Life Insurance Company (MetLife). He provides strategic planning for insurance General Agents and Third Party Administrators in the MidAtlantic and MidWest Regions.  He studied Business Finance at Liberty University (B.S. 1994). Chris and his wife Nikki have two children who attended Dominion Christian School.  They also attend McLean Presbyterian Church in McLean, Virginia. They currently reside in Clifton, Virginia.



Jordan Gladwin

Jordan Gladwin is a Product Development Manager at USAN, Inc., a software company based in Atlanta, GA.  He studied Business Information Technology at Virginia Tech.  Prior to that, Jordan attended Christian school in Fairfax county, where he met his wife, Charlotte.  They have been attending McLean Bible Church for 25 years and they have two children who attend Dominion.



Jennifer Gidwani

Jennifer Gidwani is a Dominion mom of three children who have been attending Dominion since 2010. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from The Pennsylvania State University and prior to leaving the workforce to raise her three children, she worked as the Director of Human Resources for two local software companies. Jennifer has served at the school in a volunteer capacity throughout her time here. This has included being a spaghetti lunch coordinator, Librarian, Historical Festival team mom, costume and make-up committee for the drama department and coaching for the Middle School, JV and Varsity girls volleyball teams. Jennifer and her husband, Mahesh, and their two daughters and son attend McLean Bible Church.



Gina Goodrich

Gina Goodrich is the wife of Garren and the mom of four teenage boys. Her oldest son is a graduate from Dominion Christian and attends Grove City College. Two of her sons attend Dominion, and her youngest is home schooled. Gina holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from National Louis University. She has volunteered in various ways at Dominion over the years.  She and her family attend Vienna Presbyterian Church.



Bob Houston

Bob Houston, Dominion's board chairman, had 27 years of experience in federal law enforcement and the intelligence community. He currently co-owns a consulting firm focused on strategies to counter human-trafficking. Bob previously served as an Assistant Professor of National Security Policy and Strategy at National Defense University in Washington, DC. He holds a B.S. in Political Science and Public Administration, a M.S. in National Security Strategy, and a J.D. Bob has been active in Scouting and coaching youth sports, and he and his wife have two children at Dominion. Bob and his family attend Cedar Run Community Church.



Mickey Konson

Mickey Konson is the Co-Founder of StreetShares, Inc., a financial technology firm based in Reston, VA that focuses on funding military veteran owned small businesses looking for growth capital. Prior to this, he was a senior executive at one of the nation’s largest banks. Mickey has served on several non-profit boards and currently serves as a board member of Lily of the Valley Endeavor, which raises funds for HIV+ orphanages in South Africa. He also serves as deacon at McLean Presbyterian Church. He and his wife, Michelle, have 4 children, all of whom attend Dominion Christian School.



Suzanne Medairy

Suzanne Medairy has over 20 years of experience working for Booz Allen Hamilton, designing and developing web applications for clients across the Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, and Fortune 100 commercial clients. She holds an undergraduate degree in Imaging and Digital Art from University of Maryland Baltimore County and a master’s degree in Information Technology from Virginia Polytechnic Institute. Suzanne and her husband, Brad, have three children that attend Dominion Christian School. Suzanne has served in various volunteer roles at Dominion since 2008. Suzanne, her husband, daughter and two sons attend Reston Bible Church.



Rob Warren

Rob Warren is a Sr. Capture Executive with CACI, serving clients across law enforcement, intel, DOD, and the federal civilian space. Prior to CACI, Rob worked in commercial consulting and telecom. He is a graduate of Virginia Tech, with a B.S. in Management Science and Information Systems. Rob is a former Past President of the D.C. Society Sons of the American Revolution and has served in various capacities for non-profit hereditary societies. He and his wife, Sharla, are parents of three children, the oldest two attending Dominion and a little one who can’t wait to join her older siblings!  His family attends The Falls Church Anglican where they serve on the Sunday Welcome committee. Rob has volunteered at Dominion for several years and thoroughly enjoys volunteering as a team dad for Dominion's Historical Festival. 



Laura Whittle

Laura Whittle has been a Dominion parent since 2007. She and her husband Mark have three sons who are all Dominion students. Laura volunteers extensively at the school including serving as the Lower School Librarian and co-editor of the yearbook. Before choosing to leave the workforce to stay home with her children, Laura worked as a Market Research Manager for Kraft Foods. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish from The College of Wooster and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Michigan. Laura and her family attend McLean Presbyterian Church.



Lori Windham

Lori Windham is Senior Counsel at Becket, a non-profit that defends religious liberties. She has represented a variety of religious groups at every level from the district courts to the Supreme Court. Her work has included cases under the Free Exercise Clause, Establishment Clause, RFRA, RLUIPA, and state religious freedom laws. She has been invited to debate and lecture on religious liberty issues at Yale Law School, Central European University, Georgetown University Law Center, and other venues. She has also testified before the U.S. House of Representatives Judiciary Committee and the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights on religious freedom issues. Lori regularly appears in national media to speak about her cases, including appearances on CBS, CNN, Fox News, MSNBC, and other outlets. Concurrent with her outstanding work defending religious liberties of Americans, Lori is an engaged mom of one Dominion student and one pre-schooler.
