Each Friday, students enjoy time outside of class for a bit of “intellectual leisure” as we draw from the extensive networks and resources in the Washington, D.C. area. From a conversation with a retired United States Ambassador, to participating in a colloquium at Faith and Law on Capitol Hill, to engaging with a former NPR journalist, to a conversation with a law firm defending religious liberties, to considering the ethical implications of stem cell research through a conversation with a bioethicist, upper school students at Dominion enjoy a host of opportunities to engage with real-life questions.
